No Goodbyes Program - Award-winning Music Instructors - Steel Pan
We're a first-class music program and pioneers of the most important revolution in music education.
We are seeking professional and Award-winning music teachers for our new location (residency). Instruments we're interested in include Steel Pan. Being able to teach more than one instrument would be a plus, we expect instructors to have their own teaching methods and to exercise proficiency in multiple genres of music...
Scheduling is flexible, you decide which students you can accommodate based on registration data from our administration. Lessons (group and private) take place primarily from Monday-Saturday.
(You are also welcome to apply if you wish to be a backup for instruments that we aren't currently hiring as well.)

Part 1. Inquiry - Submit a resume and 30 second video of you teaching/performing to nogoodbyesprogram@gmail.com
Part 2. Interview - The following items would speed up the post-interview process with the presumption that we're a good fit for each other:
-Two high quality pictures with your instrument
-Two or more 30 second+ (high quality) videos of you performing your instrument(s)
-1 to 2 paragraph bio (music centered) and resume -2 month course outline for each course you wish to teach (we will email you a template)
-Course materials students need to study with you (optional)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Write, implement and document lesson plans as well as post lessons notes
- Ability to work with students of diverse ethnic backgrounds, academic profiles, and skill levels
- Possess good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Great communication skills with colleagues, parents, and students
- Prepare students for concerts, recitals, community performances & auditions
- Participate and perform form in open houses and recitals
