Statistical Administrator – Workforce Management

Day-to-Day

As a Statistical Administrator- you will drive efficient operations by analyzing business processes and data to provide business insight. This person will be responsible for utilizing different MS Power Platforms such as Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. They will be pulling data from Excel, SQL, SharePoint, and several internal systems to then create excel reports and data visualizations such as models, predictive analysis, and business processes. This position will require data manipulation and will be supporting Customer Monitoring Center operations teams. The data will be used to model forecasts related to staffing, Key Performance Indicators, and financial affecting analytic/ business perspective. We are looking for a motivated candidate with a passion for data and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• In-office required
• 1+ years of data analytics or dashboard development
• Business analysis skills and demonstrated experience in the use of data and its transformation into information.
• Ability to evaluate trends in data by applying concepts such as probability, statistics, modeling, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
• Ability to work with data from multiple systems, including both relational databases and data warehouses, and generate competitive intelligence and knowledge for decision making.
• Confident, comfortable communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload in a time-sensitive environment and balance multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to detail.
• Ability to work with and lead others in a team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• High School or GED equivalent required
