Station AgentGrant Aviation is an Alaskan regional air carrier operating under FAA Part 135, serving rural Alaska since 1971. Grant currently has bases in Bethel, Emmonak, Dillingham, King Salmon, Cold Bay, Dutch Harbor, Kenai, and Anchorage, Alaska. Grant provides scheduled air transport of passengers, cargo and mail, as well as air ambulance and charter service. Grant employs approximately 350 individuals.

Do you desire to:
  • Carrying out all functions of Ramp and Customer Service Agent positions.
  • Meeting and unloading of aircraft.
  • Processing and securing passenger luggage and freight.
  • Loading and boarding of aircraft.
  • Assisting passengers with special needs.
  • Manage flight schedules, routings, passenger and freight loading, and reservation operations.
  • Manage accounting, dispatch, and safety reporting activities.
  • Daily operations of the station, including opening and closing.
  • Carrying oneself with integrity, professionalism, and resourcefulness always.
  • May be assigned to perform duties in a varying capacity, at the direction of management to ensure customer satisfaction.

You ideally possess:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 25 years of age preferred.
  • Valid Alaska driver's license.
  • Able to pass a 10-year background check and to work in the US.
  • Subject to the 12-month training requirements for hazmat.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to lift 70 lbs.
  • Self-motivated and solution oriented to anticipate the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to learn and operate a computerized reservation system.
  • Able to perform tasks within parameters specified by various regulatory agencies.
