  • Urban Transformer: Collaborate with urban planners and architects to create sustainable, efficient, visually appealing urban spaces prioritizing mobility and accessibility.
  • Signal Timing: Plan and design traffic signal timings, phasing, and coordination strategies to orchestrate a smooth flow of vehicles and pedestrians, turning traffic congestions into harmonious symphonies.

Required Qualifications:

  • PE with eligibility to be registered in multiple states, and at least 10 years of experience. PTOE preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in Traffic Engineering, transportation planning, or urban mobility projects.
  • Experience with North Dakota Department of Transportation or Counties preferred, not required

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a flair for creativity.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner.
