We're looking for an outstanding Filings Compliance Analyst to play a key role within our insurance product team. This person and the team will collaborate extensively with the insurance product managers, with an ultimate goal of delivering best-in-class products to small businesses nationwide. What You'll Do:
- Own and facilitate the entire insurance product filing process
- Formulate filing strategies and manage the status of all 51 jurisdictions for lines of businesses
- Manage tight deadlines and relationships with external consulting teams and state regulators
- Collaborate with Insurance Product Managers on projects ranging from regulatory compliance research and state surveys to product development
- Project manage compliance issues cross-functionally with Insurance Product Managers, Product Managers, and Engineering to ensure risks are mitigated and necessary updates are completed
- Organize and maintain all filing-related documentation on Confluence, JIRA, and internal databases
What We Need:
- 1-5 years of experience filing new insurance products (Form, Rate, Rule) and amendments across multiple states and lines of businesses
- Familiarity with 51 jurisdictions' filing laws and filing via SERFF & Florida's i-File system
- Experience in responding to objections and filling out transmittals
- Extremely well-organized and detail-oriented
- Stellar ability to manage competing priorities and multiple responsibilities
- Strong accountability and ability to work autonomously

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including, without limitation, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
