Startup/Repair Technician

We are currently looking for service oriented, self-driven problem solvers to deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention, and increases profitability. The ideal candidates are socially approachable and bored with routine. Must have the ability to juggle tasks simultaneously, solve problems quickly, with ingenuity and creativity. Requires technical and analytical skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provide customer support during visits

· Manage on site installations and repairs in a professional manner

· Diagnose technical problems or errors and determine proper solutions

· Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings

· Build positive relationships with customers

· Tie workflow to schedule to maximize efficiency

· Responsible for truck inventory control

· Responsible for closing work orders, and inputting notes on client accounts

· Operate company vehicle in a safe manner

· Responsible for vehicle maintenance, including keeping it clean

· Follow all company procedures and protocol

· Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization

QUALIFICATIONS

· Knowledge of Zodiac and Pentair pool equipment

· Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose repairs on pool equipment

· Familiarity with smart phone applications/controller set up

· Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules

· Familiarity with mobile tools and applications

· Excellent technical, analytical, and IT skills

· High School Graduate, some college preferred

Salary: $45,000.00 to $50,000.00/year
