Start making a difference with those that need it most. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Enable clients to stay in their homes by monitoring and recording their condition
- Assist with daily activities of living such as but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming
- Light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Meal preparation
- Provide transportation to appointments, grocery stores, shopping, and the like
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for the client
Job Requirements
Home Health Aides should have the following skills and qualifications:
- Current and valid HHA certification in New Jersey
- Must have legal work authorization for the United States
- Preferred HHA experience
- Strong patient service skills and positive attitude
- Driver's license (optional)
- Reliable transportation
- Fully Covid-19 vaccinated
- Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
- Take pride in providing high-quality care
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Pay may depend on skills and/or qualifications
Experience:
- Home care: 1 year (Preferred)
- Home health: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Certified Home Health Aide (Required)
- Driver's License (Preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Wayne, NJ (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
