Starbucks Night Shift Lead

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Night Shift operations at Starbucks, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Train and supervise a team of baristas, providing guidance and support as needed
- Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring that all guests receive a positive experience
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to customers, following Starbucks recipes and quality standards
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the store manager to implement strategies for improving sales and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and familiarity with Starbucks products is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
