Spherion is hiring Standup Forklift Drivers in Plainfield, IN!
Sunday-Thursday 10pm-6:30am $22/hr
Responsibilities:
-Running, wrapping, staging, and shipping.
-Heavy order selecting and picking tasks, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
-Skillfully operate move items, navigate narrow aisles, and access high storage areas. ...

-Build pallets with precision and attention to detail, ensuring that they are stable and secure for transport.
-On occasion, assist with put away tasks to optimize warehouse organization.
Working hours: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
-Previous experience as a Stand up Operator is essential.
-Proficiency in operating Stand up operator and knowledge of warehouse safety protocols.
-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with excellent attention to detail.
-Flexibility to switch between order selecting (Night Shift) and put away tasks (Day Shift) as needed.
-Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
-Willingness to adhere to shift schedules and accommodate occasional overtime as required.
