Job Summary:
The Mobile Home Staging Yard Superintendent is responsible for assisting the Field Inspector Manager with daily tasks such as inspecting maintaining homes, maintaining mobile homes, moving materials around the Staging Yard, and transporting materials to job sites.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
· None.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Transport materials from the retail vendors to the suppliers to the mobile home Staging Yard.
- Organize yard.
- Assist Yard Supervisor with daily tasks such as inspecting and maintaining homes.
- Load and unload materials. Move materials around the Staging Yard.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Must have a truck and be willing to drive your own transportation for transporting materials. Mileage reimbursement is available.
- Must have an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Working Conditions:
· Indoor and Outdoor setting.
· Prolonged periods of being in the elements.
· Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
