GENERAL SUMMARY

Assists the Staffing Specialist with coordination of short and long-term staffing and scheduling needs of all units within the CHCS Restoration Division.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assists in tracking data related to attendance and other scheduling needs.
  • Ensures adequate staffing of units and timeliness of employees.
  • Manages daily staffing challenges with consideration of overtime usage.
  • Provides consultation and assists in the development of an online scheduling system.
  • Serves as a content expert on the CHCS scheduling and timekeeping system to manage staffing across the Restoration campus, including attendance and clocking reports, daily scheduling, and staffing correction and reconciliation.
  • Works as a liaison to the HR Recruitment Team to assist department leaders with the requisition to hire process, interview coordination, and extension of offers ensuring key positions are filled with in a timely manner.
  • Works with department leaders in developing and coordinating staffing schedules and on call schedules for medical and clinical personnel.
  • Performs other related duties as required.

MINIMUM ENTRANCE QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience

  • High School diploma or GED equivalency and,
  • One (1) year experience in staffing, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Licenses or Certifications

  • None

Other Requirements

  • Must maintain a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance coverage, be able to travel as needed, and be able to meet on a consistent basis the driving record requirements of the Company’s auto insurance carrier if you drive your vehicle during company business.
  • Must maintain required credentials and mandatory training requirements to ensure compliance with all State regulations and CHCS policies.

SUPERVISION

  • Job has no responsibility for the direction or supervision of others.
