Position Summary:
The position Human Resources / Staffing Coordinator contributes to the accomplishment of Human Resources and Staffing needs of the company’s missions, policies, and visions. In your position you will provide an employee oriented, high-performance, and culture that emphasizes quality, productivity, standard goal attainment, recruitment and on-going development of a super workforce.
Essential Functions
· Orientation of All New Staff
· Oversight Supervision of all employee personnel files
· Verify /Maintain criminal background checks
· Ensure all staff registries are completed upon completion of application
· Ensure all state mandated training is accurate and updated upon hire and annually
· Maintain Compliance system to ensure credentials are updated
· Ensure all personnel files are complete and in compliance before staffing
· Complete performance evaluations annually according to hire date
· Issue corrective actions as deemed necessary
· Staff all approved cases with 48 hours after acceptance of case
· Confirm and Staff all cases weekly
· Maintain schedules for clients and employees on a daily / weekly basis
· Keep accurate count of billable hours per MCO & Company total
· Complete / Prepare for ALL state audits per MCO (AG, BC, & UHC)
· Conduct / Plan annual staff meetings twice a year
· Interview /Recruit Staff on a consistent basis
· Ensure Ads / Social Media pages are running effectively for on-going recruiting
· Answer phones and emails daily
Non-Essential Functions
· Attend staff meetings and other correspondences determined by Owners
· Attend conference, seminars, and training relevant to the position
· Assist with other Office duties
· Other duties assigned by Owners
Minimum Qualifications
· A minimum of Two (2) years Human Resources or Staffing Coordination experience
· Strong communication skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Strong organization skills
· Ability to work in a fast pace environment
· Ability to offer structure and ideas to build employment retention
· Ability to work in a diverse workplace and provide diversity
· Ability to effectively handle difficult situations, including tactfully angry and upset clients and employees
· Must always maintain a positive professional attitude
· Strong teamwork ability
Team Oriented Skills
· Serve as an ambassador to the company by providing an open dialog receiving feedback from each client
· Build Team Morale
· Resolve customer complaints within 48 hours
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
