Human Resource Manager / Recruiter - Immediate Hire
Homewatch CareGivers, a growing non-medical Home Care business with two (2) locations in Orange County (Yorba Linda and San Juan Capistrano) is seeking a Human Resource Manager/Recruiter candidate. The Human Resource Manager/Recruiter will be responsible for all human resource duties including recruiting, interviewing, hiring/terminations, onboarding, orientations, compliance, etc. This position will be Yorba Linda based, but the candidate will be responsible for HR functions for both offices and will work in/out of both offices as needed
The Human Resource Manager/Recruiter must have at least 3-5 years of Human Resources management/leadership experience in the Home Care, Home Health, Assisted Living, and/or Hospice industry
Specific Responsibilities:
• Oversee all human resource processes for two Orange County office locations (Yorba Linda and San Juan Capistrano)
• Lead recruitment efforts to attract and hire high-quality caregivers
• Develop, implement, and maintain recruiting plans
• Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or Maintain Performance Management System (PMS)
• Utilize reporting to track recruitment trends and develop a data-driven recruitment strategy
• Facilitate hiring events and work with job placement programs
• Regularly post job ads, review new applicants, and move them through the recruitment process
• Communicate with applicants daily
• Conduct phone screens and assist with interview process/scheduling
• Complete required background checks and screening
• Conduct and facilitate onboarding and orientation of new hires
• Ensure policy and procedure compliance including ownership of employee files and compliance items
• Coordinate ongoing training
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Create relationships with CNA schools as well as other key relationships
• Prepare payroll
• Conduct employee satisfaction calls and surveys
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed

Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of HR/recruiting experience desired
• Ability to solve problems quickly and independently
• Understanding State of CA statutory and administrative rules to ensure compliance
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• 3+ years Microsoft Word, Excel or similar experience
• Ability to pass all background screening
• 3+ years Home Care, Home Health, Hospice, and/or Assisted Living HR/Recruiting experience

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
