Form of workResponsibilitiesNursing Administration Opportunity! - Staffing Coordinator (Days)Cumberland Hall Hospital is seeking a dynamic and talented Staffing Coordinator. The Staffing Coordinator coordinates appropriate staffing levels for each patient care unit and shift.
Manage, administer, and oversee manual and electronic staffing systems, and serves as a conduit to all Nursing Department Management regarding staffing issues.The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for keeping all the hospital units fully staffed, in order for personnel to properly care for the patients within the facility. The Staffing Coordinator manages the shift master scheduling software system, adjusting appropriately the staffing levels based on census fluctuations, call-ins and pre-planned leaves of absences to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
