Staff Pharmacist

Special Requirements/Skills:

• Licensure as a pharmacist and in good professional standing in the Commonwealth of Virginia. B.S. Pharm. or Pharm.D., required.
• Inpatient/Acute Care experience required.
• Epic skills required.
• Pharmacy Residency from an accredited ASHP institution preferred. Intravenous experience & pharmacotherpay management.
• Previous experience in a computerized hospital pharmacy setting is desirable. Ability to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Pyxis, Carousel System preferred.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $3,200.00 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Evenings as needed
• Morning shift
• Rotating weekends

Experience:

• Inpatient: 1 year (Required)
• Acute care: 1 year (Required)
• Epic: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Licensed Pharmacist (Required)
