Review and manage the medication regimens of long-term care facility and assist living facility patients.
Great customer skills a must
Meeting with patients one on one or in groups to discuss medications and disease states
Practice state and federal dispensing regulations (HIPAA compliant) regarding control substances, narcotics, and pharmaceutical agents.
Receive and transfer Rx, take new Rx from doctor's offices.
Provide patient counseling for Rx and OTC products in easy-to-understand language for patients, making suggestions when appropriate.
