A health services network in New York City is currently seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join their ICU team in the Bronx.
Responsibilities:
The Staff Nurse - ICU will:
- Assess patients
- Develop and document nursing care and discharge plans
- Prepare and administer medications and interventions
- Supervise the Nursing Attendants and ancillary staff in patient care activities
- Participate in performance improvement/research activities
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Basic Life Support Training
- Infection Control Training
- Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills
Desired Skills:
- Certification in specialty
- Experience in ICU setting
