SalaryUnder the guidance of a Professional Engineer, review geotechnical data resulting from field logging, subsurface boring, and trenches, field density testing. Verify boring logs, review and interpret lab tests and soil classifications and perform engineering analysis and prepare geotechnical reports in compliance with standards and specifications. Evaluate soil classification, shear strength, compaction, compressibility, swell potential, permeability and make recommendations on soil parameters. Prepare project reports.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or foreign equivalence and a minimum of 1 year experience.
