General Description
Parkview Kids Camp helps execute the vision to create a fun, safe, and relational space for kids to learn to love God and love others. The Staff Director will help to execute that vision by providing supervision and leadership to the Student Leader program and coaching to the paid staff. This position will help oversee day-to-day operations alongside the Program Director.
Essential Job Functions
- Oversee and lead all aspects of the Student Leadership Program (7-12 grade)
- Supervise, coach, and equip camp staff
- Resolve disciplinary issues with campers, volunteers, and staff
- Work alongside Program Director to ensure day to day operations run smoothly
- Support in camps as needed
- Teacher in large group weekly
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements
- Degree in ministry or a related field preferred
- 2+ years Experience working with kids and managing teams
- Available for Staff Training (June 3-7) and the five camp weeks (June 10-July 19, no camp July 1-5)
- Available to help prepare for camp approximately 5-10 hours/month in March, April, and May
- Ability to comply with Parkview Community Church and Parkview Kids Camp staff policies and procedures
- Growing and committed follower of Jesus

Category: Full-time (40-45 hours/week), Hourly, Seasonal Staff
Dates: June 10-July 19, 2024 (camp will not meet July 1-5, 2024)
