Review warrants and make charging decisions on cases referred from the Unemployment Insurance Agency including cases that are investigated by the AG's special agents. Draft and argue motions pursuant to criminal prosecutions. Litigate cases through all phases including jury trial. If appropriate, work with the Labor Division on developing and implementing a "diversion style" program for those deemed eligible.

Possession of a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited school of law.

Four years of post-bar admission legal experience.
