Job Description
Seeking a Part Time Office Admin to provide administrative support and ensure efficient operation of the office. This role will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to answering phone calls, managing emails, organizing and maintaining documents, scheduling appointments, and assisting with general office operations.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain and update office records, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, typing, and photocopying
- Assist with organizing and coordinating company events or meetings
- Collaborate with other Team Members to ensure smooth office operations
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Hourly pay plus commission/bonus

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as an office admin, administrative assistant, or similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, with the possibility of occasional overtime as needed
