Staff Assistant - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Manage office calendars, assist with billing and payment questions, send reminder texts / calls
• Assist agent with other various tasks

Compensation: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
