Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, claim submissions, billing clarification and assist Agent and Team with general marketing and administrative duties.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
