Staff Assistant - Remote / Office

Responsibilities

• Assist remote team members with day-to-day administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and arranging travel arrangements.
• Coordinate and maintain virtual meetings, including sending out meeting invites, managing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
• Manage and organize digital files, including documents, spreadsheets, and presentations, ensuring easy accessibility for team members.
• Provide assistance with email correspondence, responding to inquiries, and addressing urgent matters in a timely manner.

Requirements
