CACI is seeking an experienced Survivability Assessment (SA) Staff Action Officer to track and support critical assessments for DOD locations. The National Leadership Command Capabilities (NLCC) office sets the policy and tracks these programs at a senior level and needs a self motivated individual that can work with minimal oversight, and has experience in BSA's, critical infrastructure programs, and Mission Assurance inspections. This position is located in Arlington, VA but does allow for partial teleworking.
What You'll Get to Do:

• Support National Leaders by providing advocacy, guidance, and integration oversight for critical assessments.
• Ensure capabilities are secure, survivable, enduring, and available under all conditions.
• Use your technical expertise and Assessment program background to provide analysis and policy support for the NLCC and Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) to ensure National Security Systems are safe and secure.
• Be the link between assessors and stakeholders at the executive level.
• Conduct high-level functional systems analysis of reports and provide actionable feedback to government customers and stakeholders.
• Provide technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environments used in the NC3/COOP/COG environment.
• Assist in DoD CIO digital modernization initiatives involving both National and Military organizations.
• Represent government leads at meetings and during exercises by providing professional judgment and expertise on behalf of the customer to stakeholders.
• Help plan and draft policy documents and congressional correspondence while providing subject matter expertise on wide range of DOD CIO taskings.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and over 10 years of relevant related military or federal assessment experience.
• Strong working knowledge of DOD organization, military services, major military staff operations, and COOP/COG as a mission domain.
• Knowledge of DOD and the various players (services, components, COCOMs, etc.) that are stakeholders in the Senior leader communications mission domains.
• Technical expertise and analytical skills to support BSA efforts.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

• Working knowledge of CATMS - DoD tasking system.
• Familiar with Defense Threat Reduction Agency organization and processes.
