About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team as an Entry-Level Staff Accountant. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their accounting career to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The Staff Accountant reports to the Controller.
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Your Role
- Process and review accounts payable invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and issue payments to vendors, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of transactions.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records, including but not limited to accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and assist in the preparation of financial reports.
- Assist in analyzing financial information to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Contribute to process improvements and initiatives to enhance efficiency within the finance department.
Qualifications (Required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to engage a cross-functional team towards a desired outcome.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic, evolving company.
Qualifications (Bonus to Have)
- Experience with SAP Business ByDesign
Position Details
The base hourly range for this full-time position is $30 - $35 per hour + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and EUV Tech's location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the respective role. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors: job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training.
