Role and Responsibilities

• Performs the monthly close. Prepares accounting entries including but not limited to pre-paid items and accruals.
• Reconciles Balance Sheet Accounts as assigned, on a monthly basis.
• Prepares monthly/Quarterly/Annual reports.
• Prepares ad-hoc reports as needed by Management teams and Controller.
• Provides Information and support for Audit requests.
• Provides Accounting Support and Guidelines for all locations.
• Supports Accounting Policies and Procedures as necessary.
• Reviews Internal Controls and provides guidance for improvements and compliance.
• Is responsible for Inventory Accounting Functions.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
3+ years’ experience in progressively responsible Accounting Positions, and a Bachelor's in Accounting or related field.

Preferred Skills
Must be detailed orientated, have excellent Excel skills, and prior experience with Financial Reporting.
Typical Physical Activity
Physical Demands consist of sitting, stooping, kneeling, reaching, lifting, standing, walking, typing, talking, hearing and traveling.

Travel Requirements
Moderate in Texas.
