Compensation: $20.00-$25.00 based on experience
Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

The purpose of the Staff Accountant is to ensure an extraordinary client experience while creating client advocates and perform general accounting duties.
- Prepare extended warranty and credit life policy transmittals and payments
- Maintain "Hot List" weekly
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
- Maintain monthly accounting reports
- Reconcile assigned schedules
- Prepare timely VIT tax report
- Reconcile Financial Reserve Statements monthly and remit payment when necessary
- Process and record incoming wire transfers
- Identifies internal control issues by reviewing existing policies, verifying changes in authorized personnel, and communicating issues to the Assistant Controller
- Know and understand the Park Place Privacy and Information Securities Policy and adhere to its requirements
- Attends weekly department meetings
- High School or General Education Diploma (GED); and four years related dealership experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license and meet company MVR policy requirements
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background and drug test)
