Staff Accountant - Real Estate/Fixed Assets

99 Ranch Market is hiring a full time Staff Accountant (Real Estate/Fixed Assets)!

Responsibilities (Fixed Assets)

• Responsible for the coordination and accounting of fixed assets and project expenditures with budget control
• Maintain fixed asset register, cycle count, additions and disposals and depreciation
• Prepare weekly, monthly closing, quarterly and annually financial reports
• Handle accounts payable with respect to fixed asset
• Follow up open items, status, ETA etc.
• Assist internal and external auditors in their audit process.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Responsibilities (Real Estate)

• Responsible for the accounting of ASC842 lease in schedule, lease postings
• Maintain lease in master data and cash flow
• Prepare weekly, monthly closing, quarterly and annually financial reports
• Handle accounts payable and receivables with respect to leases
• Follow up open items, status, ETA etc.
• Assist internal and external auditors in their audit process.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related fields. (Experience can be in lieu of degree)
• Organized and detail oriented with ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Communicate both verbally and in written in a clear, concise, professional manner
• Logical thinking and data analytics skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge and experience in SAP is a plus.
• Strong systems aptitude, experience in accounting systems is a plus

Salary

The pay range for this job is between $20.00 and $25.00 per hour. This is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
