Responsibilities:
- Perform general ledger reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Prepare tax returns, both individual and business.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
- Utilize accounting software, such as Quickbooks (both desktop and online), and Accounting CS, to maintain financial records
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 1 - 3 years of experience in accounting or tax roles
- Experience with journal entries, general ledger reconciliation, and financial statement preparation
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Quickbooks (Desktop and Online) experience a MUST.
