In this position, you will play a critical role in supporting the finance team in their daily processes. Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant:
- Manage the monthly close processes for multiple entities under the guidance of the Controller.
- Prepare financial reports t track assets, liabilities, profit, and loss in addition to other related financial activities.
- Prepare monthly reconciliation reports and submit regulatory filings to include excise and property taxes, licenses, etc.
- Manage annual 1099 preparation.
- Support the financial team in monthly billing procedures as needed.
- Assistant with reporting, analysis, and projects as assigned.
Requirements of the Staff Accountant:
- 2+ years in a accounting-related role.
- Bachelor's Degree/CPA preferred, or equivalent expeirence.
- Proficiency in NetSuite software preferred.
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
Salary:
- $50.000-60,000/year.
