Staff Accountant - Entry Level Accounting

The Staff Accountant plays a pivotal role in the success of the organization as the insight provided by this professional impacts decisions made internally. This role entails managing accounts payable and daily activity logs as well as reconciling petty cash and IT troubleshooting to ensure day-to-day success amongst field staff. We are looking for a driven individual who is comfortable working both independently and in collaboration with a team.

Staff Accountant Position Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business with a focus in accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 
• Knowledge of HR and accounting systems and databases
• Basic medical office/health agency knowledge
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Advanced Accounting knowledge including processing payroll and Excel
• Must demonstrate a basic knowledge of iPads for clinical record utilization  

Staff Accountant Core Responsibilities:

• Process payroll including input of Daily Activity Logs, labor, and mileage analysis reports
• Review approved accounts payable invoices
• Maintain and reconcile petty cash fund
• Process deposits daily

•  Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 pm
