Staff Accountant

As our Staff Accountant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial success of our company. The schedule for this position is M-F 8am - 5pm. This position works at our Murray office with the opportunity for a hybrid schedule! We are looking for someone who is motivated, organized and has a strong work ethic to join us and be part of shaping the future of the smart home industry in Utah.

As Staff Accountant, you will aid our accounting team with tasks such as:

• Accounts receivable & Accounts Payable
• Cash Management
• Cost accounting
• Reconciliation
• Contract Administration
• Accurate financial statement reporting.
• Compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the timely and accurate completion of audits.
• Collaborate with other departments to align accounting and purchasing processes.

To be considered for this position, you should have:

• Minimum of 3 years of recent accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
