Staff Accountant

We are a small CPA firm, We are looking for Accountant to join our team. Will be responsible for accounting functions such as accounts payable, bank reconciliation, payroll, and cash administration.
Responsibilities:
• Accounts Payable; Invoice Review and Input, including correct Sales Tax application. Credit Card Statement Review and Processing, Weekly Check Request Processing and Preparation, A/P Aging Monitoring and Review, Communications with Vendors, Problem and Dispute Resolution, Adjustments/revisions, as needed.
• Payroll; Semimonthly Payroll Production, Time/Hours Review and Input into QB Payroll, Sales, Commissions Review and Input into QB, PTO Management, Employee Deductions, Health Insurance, Child Support/Garnishments, Expense Reimbursements, Communications with Department Supervisors and Employees, Special Payroll check preparation, as needed.
• Cash Administration; Cash Receipts and Recording Deposits, Electronic Processing of Deposits, Cashflow Monitoring and Review, Recording Bank Transfers into QB Banking (Cash), Online Banking Program Monitoring and Review, Banking Administration and Communication, as needed, Stop Payment Orders, Checks and Supply Orders.
• Credit Line Administration; Coordinating Transfers from/to Credit Line Account, Loan Statement Review and Analysis, Monthly Interest Review, Analysis and Payment, Recording Bank Transfers into QB Banking (Cash), Balance Monitoring and Review, Banking Administration and Communication, as needed.
