Since we started up in 2016, we have taken full advantage of remote working, and our staff is geographically dispersed around the nation. In order to maximize output and accuracy, we depend largely on QuickBooks Online, with additional integrations of Google, Gusto, SaasAnt, Xenett, and law firm-specific software like Clio, MyCase, Filevine, and PracticePanther. As we grow, we are in need of a tenacious accountant who is meticulous in all aspects of accounting. Compensation:$45,000 - $47,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Work with the Accounting Manger to produce precise monthly financial reports
- Reconcile all banking and credit card accounts
- Audit and resolve Balance Sheet accounts
- Balance Client Trust Accounts
- Research and reconcile accounting software to client software
- Complete special projects each week depending on client requirements
- Exemplary problem-solving skills
- Comprehensive understanding of QuickBooks Online and Accounting/Bookkeeping
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Capability to effectively operate remotely while maintaining focus on productivity
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Team player who is flexible and willing to lend a hand across different responsibilities as needed
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or similar field
- The ideal candidate will have multi-company public accounting/bookkeeping experience
