Staff Accountant

CornerStone Professional Placement has partnered with an aerospace company in their search for a Staff Accountant to join their team. As the Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for full cycle accounting, AP/AR, disbursements, accruals, financial reporting, reconciling bank accounts, supporting audits, and more. Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing industry. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone looking for growth opportunities.
Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant:
5+ years of accounting experience in the manufacturing industry
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
Strong understanding of the cash application process
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Government contracting experience a plus
Compensation for the Staff Accountant:
Direct Hire
Hours: Mon-Fri 8a-5:00p
Salary:$60-85k/year (DOE)
Location: 100% onsite in McKinney, TX 75069
