Staff Accountant

Pries Enterprises is rapidly growing and we are looking to add another Staff Accountant to our team! 
This position would be from 7:30am-4pm, Monday-Friday in house. This is not a remote position. Pay would be dependent on experience level but is salaried with benefits.
 

• Assist in maintaining and updating accounting records and files
• Check Sales Acknowledgments in company software
• Provide support for suppliers and customers in regard to accounts payable via phone and email. 
• Post business transactions, process invoices, and verify financial data for use in maintaining records
• Generate Inventory PO’s, receive within Epics software and assist in inventory reconciliation.
• Verify invoices against purchase  orders and ensure goods or services were received before processing payments.
• Comply with and enforce all safety policies, practices and procedures.
• Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist in answering the phones if needed.
• Computer knowledge is required.

Applicant must have minimum 2 years accounting experience.
