JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
Responsible for ensuring only licensed individuals are permitted in the barn areas.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES includes the following:
- Provides excellent guest service to both internal and external guests.
- Actively supports the company culture of creating a fun and entertaining experience for internal and external guests.
- Ensure that only licensed and/or authorized guests are permitted to enter and remain in Barn areas.
- Ensure that all appropriate barn/racing logs are completed and maintained properly while scheduled shift.
- All other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or GED preferred.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent communication skills required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply commonsense reasoning to a variety of situations. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral or diagram form.

Associate’s workstation is the racing booth and is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions. Associates will be exposed to horses and other stable animals.
