DUTIES

• Providing technical staffing for the sustainment courses and field office trainings, facilitation in the development of the field office training plans, active support in the execution of the assessments of training curriculums, conducting and documenting field office assessments of their overall readiness, development and documenting of AARs, active participant with the CIEDS and FO command post trainings and coordination between STAB and FBI entities to ensure consistent training curriculums.
• Assisting the CIEDS with coordination resources, preparing briefs, facilitating meetings or technical exchanges with the Department of Defense and Other Government Agencies (OGAs), and as otherwise directed to support program management needs of the FBI.
  Establishing and maintain program management operations in the areas of program planning, monthly status reports, meetings, conferences, financial management, contract/TO expenditure monitoring, and other deliverables associated with program management best practices.
• Assisting CIEDU, STAB in identifying requirements and opportunities for integrating new technologies and capabilities within the STAB program.
• Assisting in the identification of capability gaps and opportunities for technology maturation.
  Supporting the transmitting of equipment to the field and maintaining an equipment inventory to include equipment conditions and repair needs.
• Supporting the receiving, shipping and inventory tracking of all spares and consumables.
  Supporting the sustainment and fielding of equipment for the CIEDU to include: technical support, fielding and repair, lifecycle replacement status and equipment documentation to determine operational stock requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in curriculum development.
• Willingness and capacity to collaborate with the other SMEs to create polished course materials, understand complex requirements, and develop easy-to-understand visualizations of abstract constructs.
• Experience providing equipment support in the areas of technical support, fielding and repair, lifecycle replacement status and equipment documentation to determine operational stock requirements.
• Experience leading analysis and training efforts on highly complex problems or mission specific operational problems.
• Experience providing instruction and mentorship to students on specific topics related to prior experience.
