St. Rose of Lima Church located in Meriden has an immediate opening for a part-time (24 hrs/wk) parish office coordinator, to cover the office from mid-morning to mid-afternoon, Mondays, Tuesday, Thursday, and Fridays.

The parish office coordinator will be responsible for general clerical support of the parish, record-keeping and filing systems, preparation of the weekly bulletin, computer and internet work, maintaining the parish census, phone and reception duties, as well as all other office related duties.

Qualified candidates must have strong communication skills and excellent computer skills utilizing Microsoft applications, the ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of organization and productivity, as well as exemplary written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Candidates must be fully bi-lingual (Spanish-English).
