Looking for an SSE- Network Admin with 3-5 years of experience preferably with a Telecom background in Richardson, Texas/Baskin Ridge, NJ or Tampa, Florida Hybrid role.

Looking for an SSE- Network Admin with 3-5 years of experience preferably with a Telecom background in Richardson, Texas/Baskin Ridge, NJ or Tampa, Florida Hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
- Work with external customer service surrounding the Company values.
- Installs, maintains and upgrades the systems and technologies that constitute the internal applications (Platforms) used in the support of Datacenter and customers.
- Central role as the implementation and maintenance engineer for the Continuous Integration and Build environments for all internally developed applications.
- Work with other Engineers to create documentation for supported environments, processes, technical training, and support procedures.
- Provide additional support when necessary for lab infrastructure related to the support of test Platform systems.
- Participates in an on-call function to ensure 24/7 coverage of critical internal systems.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Design, deploy, and maintain Network Management Systems (NMS), Element Management Systems (EMS), and Operations Support Systems (OSS) to monitor and manage network elements.
- Collaborate with software developers to integrate monitoring solutions into the overall system architecture.
- Administer and optimize Linux-based servers to ensure high availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Linux server environments.
- Manage and support the overall operation of the data center, including server deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Implement and maintain data center best practices for power, cooling, and space utilization.
- Integrate various components of NMS, EMS, and OSS systems to create a cohesive and efficient solution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless interoperability of different systems.
- Implement monitoring tools and practices to ensure the health and performance of the IT infrastructure.
- Analyze system performance data and recommend optimizations to enhance overall efficiency.
- Implement and enforce security best practices for Linux-based infrastructure.
- Develop and implement security protocols for the Data Center environment, ensuring the protection of critical assets and sensitive information.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits of Data Center facilities.
- Deploy and manage security tools for continuous monitoring of systems and networks.
- Develop incident response plans and lead efforts to investigate and mitigate security incidents.
- Configure and manage firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and other network security appliances.
- Collaborate with network engineers to ensure a secure and resilient network architecture.
