General Summary
Provides technical, analytical and programmatic support for the organization’s Total Rewards programs to assist in the design of Total Rewards packages that are competitive, meet employee needs, and support organizational goals.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
1. Assist in the annual benchmarking analysis for Total Rewards programs, responding to surveys and conducting competitive market analysis.
2. Assist in the development of job descriptions by partnering with stakeholders and completing the job evaluation process, documenting recommendations and implementing as needed.
3. Responsible for performance management communications and processes, coordination of annual merit increase processes, and bonus payout calculations and documentation.
4. Support effective communication of all Total Rewards information, including implementation of new or revised Total Rewards offerings.
5. Audit and recommend changes for ongoing compliance for Total Rewards programs, educate HR partners and management on legal requirements.
6. Plan, coordinate and communicate wellness events for all facilities as needed. Conducts analysis and develops metrics to determine effectiveness of wellness initiatives and makes recommendations for improvements.
7. Assist in the training of benefit team members, conducting audits, providing back-up support for new hire benefits enrollment and open enrollment assistance to employees or local HR team members.
8. Other duties and projects as assigned.
Job Specifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
2. 5 - 7 + years’ combined experience supporting compensation and benefits functions in professional, analytical capacities.
3. Knowledge of HIPPA, ERISA, FLSA, pay equity and transparency laws, job documentation best practices and understanding of quantitative and qualitative job evaluation techniques.
4. Strong PC skills and proficient in Microsoft Office products and must be highly proficient in Excel with capabilities to perform look ups and create pivot tables summarizing large amounts of data.
5. Excellent organizational and project management skills and the ability to proactively plan large bodies of work ensuring milestones are met or adjusted and communicated as needed.
6. Strong attention to detail, a self-starter, possess critical thinking skills while exercising sound judgement and be able to set priorities and function as part of a team as well as independently.
7. Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
8. Must possess high level of discretion, tact, diplomacy, and professionalism.
9. Ability to interact professionally with employees, management and executives communicating technical and or sensitive information appropriately.
10. HRIS and reporting experience strongly preferred.
Working Conditions
1. Office environment.
2. Prolonged periods of sitting. Standing at desk working on computer as needed.
3. Repetitive hand, wrist, and finger activities to conduct work on computer and phones.
4. Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality required to support the scope and nature of business needs.
5. Flexible schedule may occasionally be required based on business needs.
6. Travel only as directed by Total Rewards Manager – less than 10%.
