The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
- Lead strategic programs to execute the vision and organizational goals communicated by Senior Leadership
- Proactively monitor the progress of multiple workstreams under the umbrella of programs, offering strategic guidance to ensure that milestones remain on track
- Contribute to the establishment of PMO processes and best practices to guide programs from kickoff to closure
- Create and maintain documentation to effectively convey program status and timelines to a variety of different stakeholders
- Collaborate with Technical Project Managers to ensure that risks are documented and escalated as needed, and lead the execution of risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to achieve shared goals
About you
- 5+ years of experience working in project management space
- Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods, and the ability to model those for others
- Superb time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
- Experience working in a highly collaborative environment and promoting a team-first mentality
- Experience working in organizations that utilize Agile software development methodologies
- Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to proactively identify risks and work with relevant parties to implement appropriate mitigation strategies
- Ability to work independently, while also leading and influencing others
- Experience managing competing priorities autonomously in fast-paced work environment

- Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, PgMP, PMI-RMP, etc)
- A passion and knowledge for sports and/or sports betting and iGaming
