About the Team:
A finance department’s activities can have a tremendous impact on an organization and its general performance, eXp Realty is no exception. Our finance team provides critical information to leadership for effective management and successful outcomes. We work closely with management throughout the organization, we manage equity, we identify risk management, ensure cash flow management as well as handle tax management. As a successful member of the finance team you will problem solve, be highly analytical, extremely detail oriented and be a top notch communicator.
What you will do:
The Sr. Technical Product Manager - Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), is responsible for managing staff-systems solutions implementation, software development, and process redesign projects. This role serves as the primary product and delivery manager for Oracle Cloud ERP Financials and 3rd party Financial solutions that support eXP Realty. In addition, this role will serve as project manager on various ad hoc initiatives.
How you will make an impact:
- Subject Matter Expert for Oracle Cloud ERP Finance and Procurement modules.
- Configuration, testing, delivery to requirements in Oracle Cloud Suite of Financial and Billing modules (GL, AP, AR, FAW, CM, Procurement).
- Lead and evaluate business and technical requirements ensuring continuity of defined long-term objectives.
- Support the day-to-day operations, including help desk issues and end-user support.
- Coordinate and lead unit and user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts.
- Manage project pipeline and all aspects for project management life cycle i.e. design, implement, test, and production support.
- Ensure adherence to eXP Realty's project management methodology, including timely preparation of management reporting materials.
- Develop and maintain a customer-focused relationship with business stakeholders and other IT areas by exhibiting a high level of collaboration, timely communication, reporting, and responsiveness.
- Work in tandem with Business Sponsors and Stakeholders to understand business vision and objectives to define, create, and implement (drive) business process improvement efficiencies across the organization.
- Demonstrate and foster the highest levels of service and support.
- ERP service ticket management, including management reporting, service level agreement (SLA) metrics reporting; look for opportunities to drive SLA continuous improvement.
- Work closely with Oracle and other service providers integrated with Oracle.
- Other duties as assigned or requested.
How you will grab our attention:
Education:
- Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience.
Experience & Skills:
- Must have 5 years hands on Oracle Cloud ERP Financials implementation and configuration, support experience (GL, AP, AR, CM, Billing, FA, Procurement, Payroll, Planning) preferred.
- Must have 3+ years experience of full life cycle implementations and post-production support.
- Must have 5+ years using requirement and delivery tools such as JIRA.
- Minimum of 10 years of Technical Product development/implementation experience in a related industry or positions.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive work experience in Oracle Cloud ERP.
Competencies:
- Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. Some barriers to entry exist at this level (e.g., dept/peer review). Level at which career may plateau.
- Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Networks with key contacts outside their own area of expertise.
- Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel (Team Lead).

The total base pay for this position starts at $110,000 USD per year in our lowest geographic cost of living market up to $140,000 USD per year in our highest geographic cost of living market and is dependent upon many factors such as location, experience, skills, and training. Base pay is only one part of the total compensation package offered to employees in recognition of their hard work and is determined within a range to allow for growth and development within a role.
