Summary
- Our team provides structural design for all types of structures with all construction materials: steel, concrete, masonry, wood, cold-form metal, and more. Our projects include new hospitality projects, retail malls, apartment buildings, tenant improvements for high-end retail stores, building additions, multi-million luxury residences, etc.
- We have experience in management and designing a large variety of projects, such as hotels, casinos, theaters, museums, night clubs, office buildings, High End Retail tenant improvements, etc., gaining vast experience with all building materials and the UBC and IBC Building Codes.
Applicant Qualifications:-
At least 10 years of experience in Structural Design
Ability to manage projects and a team
Licensed NV P.E. and/or S.E. - MUST
Creative & detail-oriented
Preferred experience in RISA, RAM, ETABS, SAFE, Etc. - MUST
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
