Produce and finalize the daily and monthly Group and Parent RWA Reporting across different products and divisions of the bank.
Participate in ongoing change and integration and drive process improvements, optimization and rationalization efforts related to internal RWA reporting.
Work closely with the globally distributed team to ensure a streamlined delivery, enabling production and reporting capabilities across time zones.
Closely interact and partner with production colleagues within BMR to ensure the timely, accurate & complete delivery of the numbers.

You join the BMR team within Credit Suisse Treasury, which is responsible for all RWA and Capital reporting to internal and external business partners including the main regulators FINMA, IHC, PRA. We deliver accurate, complete, and timely reports for CS sub group and CS Bank and also the peripheral reports associated with the Risk weighted assets. You Offer
We are looking for applicants with an equivalent experience of 5-7 years in financial accounting Regulatory Reporting along with detailed understanding of regulatory compliance and accounting concepts would be looked upon favorably. Since this role will have face off with senior key partners you should be able to liaise with all levels including senior management.
- Proven experience of working in a financial reporting/accounting role with proficient excel skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA, CFA, and/or MBA)
- Problem solving attitude and attention to details
- Proven knowledge of data analytical tools such as R or Python is a plus
- Ability to communicate complex financial information, and work well both independently and within a globally distributed team
- Capability to effectively engage and communicate with senior leaders within the firm
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
