RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for understanding business problems and designing solutions on Sitecore, an enterprise product platform

• Interpret how to best apply the out of the box product to provide a solution, including finding alternative approaches that best leverage the platform

• Implement the Sitecore Platform to solve customer needs, including but not limited to: DXP, CMS, xDB, Content Hub, personalization, cloud migrations, CICD via Azure, CDN, analytics, and more

• Learn new platform capabilities and clouds to stay on top of the ever-growing product ecosystem

• Excellent verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization and clients

• Experienced in generating technical documentation for clients and internal teams

• Strong organizational, attention to detail and task follow-up skills

• Adept at handling multiple assignments in a timely manner and meeting assigned deadlines

• Experience working in a broader enterprise/cross division business unit model, preferred

• Strong technical, analytical, problem-solving skills

QUALIFICATIONS

• Passionate coder with at least 5 years of development experience on the Microsoft ASP.NET stack, and at least 5 years of development experience on the Sitecore MVC platform with superior code quality
• Expert-level knowledge of modern technologies and software development practices and patterns
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Must be flexible to new situations and challenges
• Significant, demonstrated experience and expertise in the following technologies:
• Sitecore Experience Platform
• ASP.NET MVC/Web API
• Object-oriented/architectural design patterns
• Infrastructure design and DevOps
• Modern front-end development
• Git and Gitflow
• Expertise in software architecture and design patterns including Helix
• Strong consulting and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with various organizations in pursuit of problem solutions.
• Experience in project and solution estimation and team structure definition.
• Proficient in authoring, editing and presenting technical documents.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Core Skills

• Microsoft Azure, including Azure App Services, Azure SQL, Azure Active Directory, and Azure Virtual Machines.
• Continuous Deployment/Release Management with Azure DevOps
• xConnect
• Sitecore Data Exchange Framework
• Sitecore Commerce
• Deep understanding of the digital marketing capabilities of Sitecore and best practices for customization and implementation
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to explain technical considerations, trade-offs and recommendations to both technical and non-technical client representatives

• Additional Skills

- Understanding and comprehension of other digital experience platforms other than Sitecore including AEM, Drupal, Wordpress, Kentico, etc.

The salary range below includes variation between all locations, and offers a reflection of the highest potential and/or eventual salary in this position. There is no standard offer, as each is based on experience, location, and other factual criteria. With an impressive PTO policy and career growth opportunities, competitive salary is just one rich benefit of a position at 9thWonder. Salary Range: $125,000 - $170,000.
