The Opportunity:
We're seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sr. SEO Specialist to join our team of performance marketing experts. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver, comfortable thinking on their feet, and ready to take ownership of projects. This role is fast-paced and offers a blend of creativity and analytical skills. Day-to-day work involves running paid social media advertising campaigns for clients across multiple verticals such as beauty, hospitality, FinTech, QSR, and automotive. Key performance indicators for this role include Organic ranking in SERP, website traffic, website engagement, and sales.
The role is client-facing and would suit someone who is great at building relationships and rapport, and comfortable communicating and presenting.
Your Responsibilities as a Sr. SEO Specialist will include:
 

• Staying up-to-date with search engine algorithms and the latest shifts.
• Leveraging web analytics tools and Google Search Console to understand web traffic patterns and KPIs.
• Performing keyword research to understand regional consumers' search behavior and contribute to the development of a global search strategy.
• Conducting site-wide and page-level audits to identify performance issues and propose optimizations to improve search engine visibility.
• Collaborating with London-based SEO strategy colleagues to identify continual improvement opportunities on site structure, URL structure, page content, and metadata.
• Collaborating with site development counterparts to implement SEO recommendations.
• Optimizing websites for traditional search engines, voice search, and image search.
• Reviewing and augmenting the global search-optimized content for the US market.
• Conducting regular competitive search audits.
• Performing monthly SEO analysis, creating client-facing reports, and presenting results.

What We're Looking For:
 

• Understanding of the principles and techniques of online marketing, particularly paid and organic search.
• Ability to adapt quickly as search engines roll out algorithm changes.
• Confident writer, ideally with proven experience (e.g., blog, published work).
• Comfortable analyzing data and drawing logical recommendations.
• Familiarity with front-end programming such as HTML, JavaScript, and JSON.
• An inquisitive mind when it comes to analyzing consumer needs and wants through search behavior.
• Enjoyment of working with others and being able to communicate with clients daily.
• Self-starter who can independently take on ownership of projects and drive continuous improvement.
• Experience working with platforms such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and SimilarWeb.
