Support a team of Sale Executives

To aid the Sales Executives to win business in alignment with business capabilities and goals. Individuals in this role are responsible for accuracy of all data exiting Salesforce (SFDC): leads, contacts, sales opportunities including subcategorization of all opportunity specifics such as forecast category, domain, product type, member of type, etc.  The position will support all Inside Sales, External Sales, and Cross-Sell Sales activities. Responsible for having a working knowledge of: Products, Customers, Pipeline and SFDC. Position supports Veradigm Payer.

What you will contribute: 

  • Acts as a liaison among: Strategic Account Management, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Corporate Departments to ensure compliance and timely completion of tasks.
  • Communicates effectively to internal clients while maintaining a positive and productive attitude.
  • Maintains a level of work product that requires little to no QA from outside resources.
  • Partners with Sales Leaders to define key opportunities.
  • Contributes to Sales Qualification Lead  (SQL) process.
  • Supports MQL/SQL conversion through the build and distribution of targeted email campaigns in HubSpot or equivalent.
  • Distributes conference and webinar attendee lists to Sales and SAM teams for client and prospects outreach.
  • Escalates opportunities that are not getting due attention preventing lost revenue to the business if not resolved in a timely manner.
  • Maintains access to Altera (Allscripts) and Practice Fusion CRM instances.
  • Supports Sales Team with the maintenance of sales opportunities and related tasks within SFDC; conducts weekly grooming activities with Sales Team to ensure accuracy of each sales opportunity.
  • Supports Account Plan development and maintenance.
  • Responsible for Account and Contact creation and maintenance in SFDC
  • Manages, schedules and documents tasks in SFDC; schedules prospect/client demos as needed.
  • Prepares all sales decks as requested. Collects prospect details as well as related action items from demos and/or exploratory discussions.
  • Supports lead conversion updates and tracking in SFDC.
  • Prepares SFDC weekly sales pipeline tracker, monitors progress on targeted accounts. 
  • Supports campaign updates, lead assignment and related reporting within SFDC.
  • Provides ad hoc SFDC reports as needed.
  • Assists in responding to qualified RFPs/RFIs to ensure internal resources are used appropriately and effectively.
  • Provides a central point-of-contact for the collection of data throughout the RFP/RFI lifecycle via SharePoint.
  • Works closely with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) throughout the RFP process.
  • Assists in the maintenance of the RFP repository and related database.
  • Tracks and reports RFP activity through SFDC, linking to successful deal closures.
  • Generates Sales Proposals upon request.
  • Supports contracting process and requests via intake form and tracking tools.
  • Coordinates and manages Deal Review Process
  • Assists in the organization of documents and folders within the Sales Team SharePoint sites.
  • Maintains departmental territory maps and heat maps.
  • Completes geo mapping for all eCC and Payerpath proposals.
  • Maintains a weekly productivity log of all activity.

The Ideal Candidate will have: 

 Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or equivalent- Preferred ; or equivalent work experience

  • 2-4 years relevant work experience - Required.

 Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Client Success Manager, Inside Sales Representative or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Proficient in CRM tools; SFDC/Salesforce.com
  • Self-motivated, organized, patient
  • Strong business judgement; critical thinking
  • Fair understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
