Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
- Electronics troubleshooting and instrument familiarity (analog, digital, power, communications).
- Demonstrated proficiency in problem solving and critical thinking.
- Ability to interpret and implement requirements specifications.
- General understanding of electronics manufacturing process.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Familiarity with the manufacturing and test of high reliability electronic assemblies and their avionics applications.
- Experience using complex analytical tools and methods (SPC, 6 Sigma, etc.).
- Experience working in a high-paced manufacturing environment.
- Experience using advanced test and analysis instrumentation (spectrum, bus and logic analyzers, etc.).
- Experience programming in various software environments (Basic, UNIX, C++, NI LabVIEW, NI Test Stand, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coordinate, and organize multiple activities in a cross-functional team environment.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $73350 - $124740
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
